Cleaned 8×8 instant SLR camera in [Excellent+], tested and fully working condition.

The camera was fully refurbished (CLA’d), cleaned, checked and film tested by lovely “The Instant Camera Guy”.
The camera has also been modified so that Polaroid
i-Type (600) film can be used in it.
It now uses 2x 10440 3.7V Lithium Battery to operate, instead of the battery in the film.
This has many advantages.
The i-Type (600) film is in my opinion the better film with more beautiful colors and contrast.
It also offers higher ISO that is often required.
i-Type film does not have a battery in it and is much more affordable than SX-70 film.
You can also use Polaroid 600 Film in this camera.

The film used by this camera (Polaroid i-Type), is still produced by Polaroid.

Condition:
There are just a few signs of use.
Small Scratches and marks.
The camera has a fresh leather cover in the original brown.
Cleaned and clear viewfinder.
No fungus, no scratches, no fog and normal dust inclusions in the lens.

Description

Polaroid is a traditional brand in the field of photography, which gained international popularity mainly through instant cameras and thus became the generic name for instant photography.
The SX-70 is a legendary folding single lens reflex camera which was produced by the Polaroid Corporation from 1972 to 1981. It normallyuses SX-70 film.
Although various models were offered, all share the same basic design.
All SX-70 models feature a folding body design, a 4-element 116 mm f/8 glass lens, and an automatic exposure system known as the Electric Eye. The cameras allow for focusing as close as 26.4 cm and have a shutter speed range from 1/175 s to more than 10 seconds.
On the Sonar model an Auto Focus system was added.
