There is an option to pick up your order at FotoStrobo in 3014 Bern. (Switzerland)
In the shopping cart you have the possibility to choose between pickup and shipping. Choose pickup if you want to pick up the camera.
You will be informed by e-mail as soon as your order is ready.
Then you will also receive the information where to find the pickup box and the code to open it.
Your order is safe from humidity and moisture. However, if it is very cold outside, always let the camera reach room temperature before using it.
For organisational reasons, you can only collect your order when you receive a corresponding e-mail from us with the following text: “Ready for collection – Your order is ready for collection” – and not before!

Every order above 300CHF will only be shipped within via signature shipping. (just within Switzerland)
